Shipping policy

My shipping policy is 1-3day business day shipping I texted the customer about her order whenever she texted me i always text back and provide evidence about the customer order , once the product is out our hand we cannot do nothing about the package being stolen or misplaced I’ve tried talking to the customer about getting them a free product etc, thanks sincerely Flyuniversity
